It's a great day for hockey!
Hockey registration for the 2019-2020 season will open on September 16th. A link to USA Hockey registration is provided in the HWS registration process.
IF you have a first year player, please be sure to check the first year player box on the player information page. The program will automatically award the first year player discount as well as the family maximum.
The registration link will be available at 3:00 pm on either the HWS home page or registration hockey info page.
Equipment exchange and handout for termite, mite and squirt players will be held on Wednesday, October 9th starting at 6:00 pm.
The drop of the first puck is not far around the corner! Online registration will begin today and new player information night/equipment handout is scheduled for October 9th.
In order for our North Stars to hit the ice, the arena needs to be prepped prior to ice installation. One key set of projects is the removal of puck marks from the boards and glass. With that, HWS will be holding our third annual “Puck-Off” on Thursday, September 26th at 6:00, where as an organization, we’ll join together to remove the marks of the past. There will also be other tasks that need to be completed as well!!
We hope this will be a great event to reunite with or meet new teammates while building teamwork through the completion of an essential task. Each team will be assigned a dedicated area which is their responsibility to clean. Cleaning materials and refreshments will be provided, all you need to bring is yourself, your player(s) and a great attitude!

The official Hazen Winter Sports Facebook page has been launched. The intent of this social media presence is to give the public another way to interact with the organization and be informed of the happenings at the Arena. The Hazen Winter Sports website will still remain as the primary and up to date source of information.
